Product selection and ordering
Web site products are ordered online by following simple instructions to complete all the necessary data and finally confirm the order. When purchasing on our web shop, the buyer can withdraw from the purchase at any time before the final confirmation and step back to the initial product catalog.
When the order process is confirmed, we’ll send you an acknowledgment of receipt for your order. If the product is already in the warehouse, we will send it within 7 days after receipt of payment confirmation. The delivery rate also depends on the quantity ordered. If larger quantities are required, the delivery time must be determined by personal contact.
ORDER BY PERSONAL CONTACT
If you order the goods by personal contact (e-mail pretafinir@pretafinir.hr, mobile 0915173040, phone 01 4667890), we will notify you of the receipt and receive your offer after the order received. If there are no responses to your order within 48 hours, please let us know. After your received payment, we will deliver the purchased products to you under the agreed terms of delivery.
DELIVERY
The delivery of the products is carried out by courier services of CROATIAN POOL. The delivery time for the products immediately available is within 3 to 7 days. For items that are not currently stocked to the buyer, we send a mail with information that the requested item is missing and within which time will be available within 7 days.
The buyer is obliged to check for possible damages when picking up the product and immediately advertise to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, ie refuse to accept the shipment where there are visible external damage.
The delivery cost is at least 20 for all types of payments, depending on the weight of the package, which we will notify you before sending the package.
RETURN AND REPLACEMENT ITEMS
The buyer is entitled to refund the goods within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, in the following cases:
PRODUCT RETURNS WITH DISPOSAL OF REASON
In case your product does not like it or does not respond to you, you have the right to return it indemnifiable, stating the reasons for your return. RECOVERY OF CASH OF REPLACED GOODS
- The amount at the sales price of the product will be delivered to your current account no later than within 7 days.
- If you return only part of the item from a single package or whole package, we will refund you the amount of the sale price of the returned goods.
- You have the right to cancel the ordered items within 24 hours of the order, at no extra charge.
